How does the occupancy package work?

All packages are a per person rate, A deposit is required upon checkout and the remainder will be divided by each remaining months, every month until 30 days prior to arrival.

You can place a deposit down for everyone in your room or each person can book and choose the same occupancy as long as it’s up to Quad.
Ex; If you Purchase a Double occupancy package, your roommate will have to purchase the same.
• If you purchase a triple, your other 2 roommates will need to purchase a triple
• If you purchase a quad, your other 3 roommates will need to purchase a quad.

Should you not have roommates, you can purchase up to a single or double and we will find you a roommate.We cannot pair roommates for any TRIPLE or QUAD room occupancy options.

We provide group or individual billing, If you pick either of these options but decide to pay a deposit instead of the total, you can again pick the quantity when you get to your CART and pay deposits for each person in your room or pay your deposit and we will email you requesting details to bill separately with the option of monthly payments.

How Does The Package Options Work?

SOCA JUNKIE; This package  includes Accommodations, 3 fetes, Jouvert package, Airport transportation, Party round-trip transportation, costume concierge service, and a backline costume. The section is predetermined; we will provide 3 options as we are trying to be a unified group. Those options will be presented to you after your deposit is made. You will receive a full detail Itinerary with details of your costume, fete tickets, accommodations, and transportation.

I’M A FETER; This package includes Accommodations, 3 fetes, Jouvert package, Airport transportation, Party round-trip transportation, and costume concierge service. Despite this package does NOT include a costume, you are able to pick your own costume in any section/band you choose and we will pick the costume up on your behalf and deliver this to you.

LIMIN PACKAGE; This package is only available for those who are staying at our preferred hotels. It includes 3 fetes, Jouvert Package, Airport transportation, Party round-trip transportation, and costume concierge service. Despite this package does NOT include a costume, you are able to pick your own costume in any section/band you choose and we will pick the costume up on your behalf and deliver this to you.

What are the benefits of early bookings?

• The packages are predetermined. You will be provided with the Fete list after deposits are made. The package comes with 4 events. We are trying to be a unified group, this makes transportation to and from fete’s a lot more seamless. However, you will be allowed to purchase tickets outside of the package but it will be your responsibility to schedule your own transportation to these extra events.

Non Packages Questions

• You can book the hotel room only, just choose HOTEL deposit and pay for your room, one deposit is required. The room can host up to 4 guests. But each room is double occupancy and is subject to $40 charge per extra person per night. For this option; we bill you by room total, not per guest. The person who places the deposit will be in charge of paying for the room and splitting the cost between yourself and your roommates.
• The HOTEL DEPOSIT option allows you to pick your own number of nights. During check out, if you’re not staying the same length of the packaged nights, please pay a room deposit and upon check out, in the NOTES section, list your needed nights. We will convert your invoice to reflect the cost.

Costumes

• Costume deposits and payments are non-refundable. These costumes are custom made based on the sizes you provide. Should you cancel, it will be your responsibility to resell your costume to recoup funds or place a claim with your travel insurance.
• If you pick a costume, we will send you a measurement chart, which must be completed so we can order your costume. If you prefer a FRONTLINE costume, we will list the extra charge on your invoice, which will be emailed to you.
• We do provide costume pick up as part of your package, We’ll need a written letter of confirmation from you prior to us picking up your costume.

Do I book my own flight?

• Yes, you are responsible for booking your own flight. It is also your responsibility to get to the hotel at the preferred time in order to meet your transportation and event. Should you not make it or if you do not give us advance notice of a flight delay, it will be your responsibility to get transportation to the hotel.

Do you offer refunds?

All Deposits are NON-refundable for any reason for canceling. You can transfer your reservation to another but it will be your responsibility to provide the correct details to the transfer. They will need to pay you the correct amount after verifying with CARNIVAL JUMPERS. We can provide a credit for any other trip based on what can be recouped but we do not provide refunds. You can also put a claim in with your travel insurance to reclaim lost funds. We are a concierge company and are not affiliated with the carnival vendors or the experience. We pay the vendors a group rate to confirm rooms, costumes, transportation. These fees are non-refundable to us and therefore we do not provide refunds.

Do you offer transfers?

Yes, up until the specified date listed in the trip details. If you cancel your trip, you have the option of transferring your package on the trip to another. You will be responsible for coordinating all the details and payment arrangements with that attendee.

Will I be safe?

Your safety is our number one concern. We will not travel to any destination that deemed unsafe. This is why we require and advise you get both medical and travel insurance.

What insurance is required?

Travel medical insurance is recommended and Required. We have constructed a list of trusted and known insurances to reach out too.

Your policy must include the following coverages at a minimum.

(1) Emergency medical insurance abroad for a minimum of $25,000 USD
(2) Emergency medical evacuation for a minimum of $100,000 USD
(3) Repatriation of your body should you perish

Do I need a visa to travel?

Depending on the destination you will need a visit. Carnival Jumpers will alert you if a VISA is needed for our selected destination.
